A healthy Snack

Ingredients
Brush
Knife-sharp
chopping board x2
Pudding bowl each
1 pkt pita pocket
3 pieces of  garlic
olive oil
 

Method
Rub garlic over top 
squirt oil over top
cup wraps in to 16 
make humus with all other ingredients
put all on a bowl and enjoy
